Day2 (see what i did there) that i've been playing on thise server. Took every bullet i had but i killed this ugly resident evil type creature. It dropped a mutant heart. The description says it might be worth a lot??
Is it worth anything? What does it do?
U can't sell them on Genesis, it's just the generic description for this item.
Other Bloodsuckers/Mutants just don't attack you if you have it on your Toolbelt as PaStOr said.
