I believe the admin Miss is abusing power as admin and repeatedly denying my ban appeal and not allowing me a fair trial or case to discuss my ban. If i could have another admin look into this please that would be great.

She isnt abusing anything, accept her decision as final.
There are situations where we make the wrong decision while acting on a suspicion, everything is very carefully checked and with enough reasons we will react, which is exactly what happened in your case.
Iam sorry if you are innocent, but all to us available information leads to you pretending to be a new player, while actually being a permanently banned person.
