Black screen issue

Hello all,

I am having an issue where when I did and respawn, once I choose the location I am in a black screen but I can still hear myself moving/shooting despite not being able to hear anything. I play on a laptop at 1440p if anyone has any tips it's greatly appreciated!

If the screen is dark, hit escape to access the settings menu, then press left alt+enter to launch windowed mode, then again to launch fullscreen.



Now it should function properly.

If not, try switching to 1080p resolution. Even if you have a higher feasible resolution, 1080p is recommended.
