Rework of Static AI and their Bases:
Loot is spread among multiple crates which spawn at different locations every restart. Unit locations are now also randomized, offering a more dynamic approach to static missions. Skalisty now consists of 3 different complexes with loot spread across all of them. Total of 5 boxes: 2 in the military area, 2 in the industrial area, and 1 in the airport. Locations are randomized.
The Gulag and UN Outpost each have 3 loot boxes.

Replacement of Chukar for Sale with the new Drone Controllers:
You will now find a computer at all neutral military bases (Checkpoint Charlie, Black Forest Military Base, Dishina Military Outpost, and Mogilevka Military Base).
The computer has a scroll action "Request Drone". Using it requires a PCI Card.
Upon use, a Chukar spawns above the base with the player controlling it. It features a custom UI and a locked camera.
Numpad Enter will trigger the drone to self-destruct. Your character remains in front of the computer while controlling it and can be killed.

Rework of Base Raiding:
Hotwiring now requires batteries in addition to the Hotwire Kit. PCI Cards are no longer used for raiding at all.
Safes require AA Batteries; doors require D Batteries. Hotwire Kits now have only a small chance to break on use and they can only break when hotwiring fails.
The chance to break is equal to the chance of a successful hotwire (10% for safes, 20% for doors).
Cinder Bunkers are now destructible.

Predefined loadouts can no longer be selected. Every item must now be permanently unlocked at the Hero/Bandit Trader Loadout Shop.
Unlocked items appear in the loadout screen. To spawn, select all items you want to spawn with and press Spawn.
You can save up to 5 predefined loadouts for ease of use.
The Loadout Shop will be disabled for the first week of the wipe.
