Clean Up Abandon Vehicles

The server sometimes gets really laggy, with some wack fps drops halfway through restart, I feel that if all of the cars were cleaned up on a schedule
the server would run a lot smoother, I know that they unlock after a week but i can't see anyone pas the coast really even checking to see if a vehicle is unlocked or not.
so they just sit there and rot away taking up server resources and punishing us, any feedback would be appreciated.

This already happens, the oldest untouched vehicle on the map is from 31-3.

typical people that cant clean up their choppers. Litters all over the place. Ban all people using heli's!
