Question about cinderwalls disapearing and cars open after restart

Hey guys,

just two quick questions:

1.) its the second time that a cinder walls disapeared. Arent they indestructable?

2.) got a Humvee at my base which doesnt fit in my virtual garage. I locked it and had the keys in a safe. After restart the humvee is open and I cant lock it with the key -.- is that a common problem?
