Rust server should not be bp wipe everytime.

The server should only be bp wiped in the rust full wipe update dates. (the first thursday of the month). This would create some long time benefits to playing on the server. This has worked on alot of different servers.

We have tried it earlier every 2 weeks wipe, or that players could choose between BP or full wipe every 2 weeks.
It's working bad, we lost a lot of players after just a few days.

If enough players want to change the wipe time we will change it. Just make vote post about that.
