We are selling a base on the coast around Nizhnoye. Its close to building trader, lada man, boat dealer, and the fish trader. It has a courtyard a downstairs with elevators and an upstairs sniper's nest. At least 20 rubies have gone into building and rebuilding certain parts. Its not the prettiest base, but there's at least 160 supply of materials invested into it currently. It will only take a little bit of work to get it into pristine condition. We are asking for 10 rubies, but we will accept the best offer.
