Suicide restrictions

Is it possible to restrict suiciding to one time per server round (3 hours) or especially for 5 minutes after you have killed someone?

Suicide should be only there if you are stuck somewhere. I mean DayZ is meant to be survival game in first hand. Otherwise we could play Arma. And the second point is people should have to think before they shoot (who they shoot). Cant be a so called "hero" is shooting Bambis then suiciding and doesnt lose humanity.

We are playing arma... XD. But I agree with the suiciding for humanity loss thing
