To be honest I don't really understand what you are trying to say here bro xD

In generally, before the ddos server's player list was full at half (30 players in mid day and 40-55 players in evening) . After the hacker's attack it become 30 -40 playes as stable. Now the server's online player list come to his numbers as it was before the Attack.

I think he means that now we can make another vote with two variants:
1) Full wipe
2) Partial wipe


But it is just my thought

Now it should work, i set everyone to new User which cant Vote, if your account is older then 20 Days and Online the forum will automaticly set you to User which can vote, but this takes some time.

I just checked you and you got already set to user.
